Rima received her BS degree from the University of Illinois, her master’s degree from Northern Illinois University, and her PhD from Columbia University. She has a passion for education, and continues to follow that passion through her service on the LCSO. Rima is also deeply involved with the Friendship Botanic Gardens and the Lithuanian University Women’s Association, American Chapter. Rima describes her focus in the LCSO as “youth and education, both public and private.”
