Friendship Botanic Gardens
The La Porte County Symphony Orchestra returns to Friendship Botanic Gardens for the third season with a concert entitled “Summer Symphony Spectacular!”. Under the baton of Associate Conductor, Chuck Steck, the LCSO will entertain you with selections including the “Colonel Bogey” March, Battle Hymn of the Republic and selections from A. L. Webber’s “Phantom of the Opera”. Joining the LCSO will be former Hoosier Star winners, Afyah & Joseph Giuliani and Brandon Williams singing their winning selections from past Hoosier Star competitions. The concert begins at 7PM at the Shelter in Friendship Botanic Gardens. You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful location to enjoy a concert under the stars.
